Day Trading Mentor

I hope this message isn't too forward or ridiculous, I'm relatively new to investing and as such I have limited capital. My goal is to value invest but with limited capital this is difficult, which is why I'm turning to day trading.

I have zero experience with day trading besides buying into an IPO and selling as soon as it lists, but looking at the day trading forums there are some extremely experienced members. Was just wondering if it's possible for me to learn from a mentor? Maybe spend a couple days a week watching and learning all there is to learn about charting and all the technicals etc. Hope this isn't too ridiculous, but if you never ask, you'll never know, right?
