Yes it is big news and no it is NOT hot air - it is really big and serious news - but, like bringing on top talent - it isn't in itself material - although it is important - and yes, the market might move on it.
Like next months highly possible - even now very probable news on the change in DOD legislation -
wow, that will be big news -- but, the Chairman at the AGM a couple of days back said he wouldn't even announce it - but would announce significant contracts as they were signed.
Contracts that flow directly from that legislative change.
Well - I would announce it - but apparently, my partner who consults in some of this stuff says he is correct and you shouldn't announce it.
Bugger - who knows?
