    I said this a while ago. The value in GER is from their stake in NCF (similar to Yahoo in Alibaba) - to maintain their stake they need to pay NCF another 2 mil by January 2015. Going by their current cash burn and cash level, they won't have it and will need a capital raising in December. So I'll wait.
