It's a chi-x order. Even though the ASX opens in groups until 10:09 the Chi-x market opens at 10am on the dot and all orders are free to go through, regardless of whether or not the particular stock has opened on the asx morning match yet. Same goes for the close. Orders can continue to be executed on the chi-x until 4.10pm.
