You cannot be thinking about the possible price movement after you open or close a trade. All you can focus on is abiding by your strategy. A good trade isn't one that makes money, but is rather one that satisfies all of your trading criteria. Not every trade will be a winner. But if you're consistent in your approach and you've proven your strategy to out-perform the market over the medium to long term, the law of averages will be in your favour over time. From what you've described, it seems you're too focused on the outcomes at the moment. Not having a dig at you mate, but just something to think about.
