NWE Apart from O&G sector on the move, I think this is about STX. NWE is waiting for a rig slot for the same rig 970 that STX is using. STX had to cap well 3 due to over pressuriation and re engineer it. STX have not announced movement to well 5 and well 4 is almost complete. If NWE announce a rig slot prior to STX well 5, the big mover will be the NWEOB (.006 strike price).
