VML - Worth keeping on the watchlist. Rare earth Co about to become producer this month. No sovereign risk being in Canada and second only producer in North America. Just waiting on news to drop that they are mining. CR was done at 6.5c hence the churn lately but very good candidate for 10c+. Rare earth prices really only heading higher in the future.
