OT for me it’s frozen can’t do anything not even canceling the trade works just have to wait or call up & get them to override it here’s a tip if it happens take a screen shot of the trade that is frozen & also a screen shot of the current SP just in case things turn ugly you might be able to use this as evidence to get compensated but unlikely to get much as it’s in there terms & conditions that sometimes these things happen
