Seems like they were offloading them for several weeks at that top (6.5 cents) so a fair few stuck up there as well.
4 cents should be a buy spot, and if doesnt hold then all time lows. Personally again I wouldnt be touching this one till it finds a level and starts churning. Watch for those lows though, all IMO
