BreakfastI'm just back from the Easter break in Melbourne we were supposed to take two years ago before Covid struck. One of the breakfast highlights was a trip to a cafe called White Mojo, up an alley in the CBD called Hardware Lane. Among the unusual creations on the menu was this sticky treat for the kids: the Flamingo Waffle. Too sweet for my tastes (yes, that's an ice cream cone in the middle), but the kids loved it.
