Today is the Day of Trees in Colombia, when citizens of that country plant trees to replace those lost through deforestation and land erosion. We're serving a Bandeja paisa - the Colombian equivalent of a Full English. It's a big plate packed with rice, red beans, chorizo, plantains, ground meat, arepas, avocado, black pudding and fried eggs.
