VMS - has been dropping like crazy this past week or two but now appears to have formed a hammer on the daily chart - potential that this is the bottom. Pre-market isn't showing its hand just yet, I'll be watching and considering re-entry post open this morning if the signs are there.
CSE - this sleeper has been lurking for some time now... They're a shell with no current projects but have spent the last ~9months looking for acquisitions with the help of Canaccord (who bought in 300k approx). they've extended the potential suspension a couple of times but also eluded to 2 possible projects in the most recent quarterly. They have 1.1M in the bank and also hold 9.14M SYR shares with a current value of $14M. Based on that SYR holding alone, divided by CSE's SOI (129M), value should be approx 11.8c.
Interestingly, we saw a very out of character bit of volume yesterday pre close and during closing auction. Just over 2M units were traded ($200k). This is more than 10x average daily volumes.. something going on here to illicit a fairly chunky buy in.
