I think stock is worth $150 but economic conditions are weak, so I think stock is going down to $75. Instead of selling and getting hit with CGT im going to lend shares for 5%+ pa including dividend. I therefore hedge the dead cat while being a long-term holder....pretty simple risk management my dude.
