Here's a twist on traditional scrambled eggs. The all-day takeaway menu at Melbourne cafe Mayday in Richmond includes this beauty: eggs with three cheeses (cheddar, parmesan, Monterey Jack), fresh chilli, parsley and a spring onion salad on a sesame bagel.
