I think 200 mill is a bit of a stretch for SBR haha since they havent even drilled but 10-20 mil maybe off a good survey? Depends on if the market likes it... Buys yesterday were over $100k some of them, so someone wanted in big time.
That top right part of their land is especially interesting..
