We're going a little up-market for the end of the week. Can't sit in the elegant surrounds of the There cafe in Melbourne's Footscray at present, but locked-down Melbournians can still enjoy the food via takeaway. The pick-up menu includes plenty of variations on toast: scrambled eggs, smoked sardines, salmon rillettes, etc. Couldn't locate a pic from the takeaway menu, but this is what the tucker looked like in better times.
