We've covered a lot of the operating Melbourne breakfast/brunch options during Stage 4 lockdown and may have to expand our approach. This morning we're assuming you woke late (or bought yesterday) from the Dari Korean Cafe in Hardware Lane. They do a range of jaw-dropping sangas, including this beast. It's the Idol (In-gi-ga-yo) Sandwich that the cafe claims impressed visiting K-pop stars. Mexican salad, egg potato salad and, um, strawberry jam, in four slices of bread.
