Was opening my commsec/IressViewpoint this morning and was asked to do an online survey.
I did it, and encourage anyone else who comes across it, to do the same. It took about 5 minutes.
You get the opportunity to state where it needs help etc.
Obviously some of the daily problems are that some widgets don't align with other widgets (intermittent pricing & volumes differences etc), so if enough people give their opinion, it could effect some change. Settlements don't appear, rar rar rar.
We've all go our experiences with it (good or bad), and its the biggest retail broker in the market.
