The announcement does not quantify what the cease is for - however it is almost inevitably for more funds!!
Just to illustrate how badly this stock has performed I offer the following chart.
Down from near $2 in 2005 to 20 odd cents now- an embarrasement to say the least and yet punters continue to loss their money
Also it has over 1.2 Billion shares on offer.
It can not decide what business it is in - each of these take years to come to fruition , if at all....
