Anyone for a sour snag? We're in north-eastern Thailand, where a fermented sausage called Sai Krok Isan is a breakfast specialty. According to Taste Atlas, these pork sangas can be left to ferment in the sun for up to three days, giving them a unique sourness. (Don't try this at home.) They're a popular street food served on a stick.
