he went into detail about the current power problems in not only South Africa, Namibia, Zambia.
currently South Africa is producing 10% less power than is required. This will be a massive boost for CDS going forward as the country will be doing everything in its power to increase energy production, which basically means the need for a massive increase in coal production.
with the 2010 Soccer world cup looming in the near future, South Africa will need to spend significant funds to update and improve its power production and infrastructure which will see companies like CDS benefitting from the fast tracking of coal projects into production to meet rising demand.
