EXR pretty simple this one. Chart looks ready to go but in reality it's a binary outcome based on results that will determine. The quality of the management and the size of the project lead me to grab a few last week on what looked like positive but there is a chance it might go the other way. Even with bad results they have over 7 million acres to drill so there's a good chance with patience you'll get your money back. The upside on good news looks to be considerable. 30 minute chart.
