SO4 yesterday announced binding offtake with Mitsuit for the remainder of their Lake Way Potash
S04 have now forward sold all their potash and will be looking to acquire additional tenements

They recently acquired BLK's potash for a deal worth $20Miln. In comparison to GTE's, it's inferior.
GTE have the extension of the high grade from S04's tenement, essentially the crem de la crem of the potash in the area.
They've only just sorted out the native title on them which would be what S04 were waiting for

BLK getting $20Miln for theirs should put a fire sale price for GTE of at least $10Miln. 3 times their current valuation and that is without giving review to their other gold assets.

GTE will be the next to be acquired by S04

The below image says tenements pending but they have since been granted. This shows how close GTE is to S04 and how their high grade potash just flows into the tenements with the natural lake.
