BreakfastWe're in Greece for some Tiganopsomo (no, I don't know how to pronounce that). Essentially it's fried bread but - like anything produced on the Mediterranean - looks tastier and more exotic than that dull label implies. A dough is rolled into a circle then stuffed with fetta and oregano, rosemary, parsley or mint. It's fried in olive oil and served sprinkled with sesame seeds, honey or balsamic vinegar, according to Taste Atlas.Yum.
