BPH - found the bottom at 10c and also a breakout from the descending wedge. With a 5x buy/sell imbalance.. it looks the goods for a rerate back to the 20s before NOPTA.
Keith Pitt is pro gas, and PEP-11 is in Commonwealth waters.. so its not hard to put 2 and 2 together.
