In trading being a pessimist not necessarily a negative, I would spend 10% of my trading time looking for reasons to NOT buy a stock, everyone has their 'red flag' list.
1st rule is avoid dilution of capital.
2nd rule is make as money money as possible.
3rd rule is the 2nd rule impossible if the 1st rule is ignored.
