Chi-X/Cboe Australia Rebrand

This notice is to inform you that Chi-X Australia is rebranding to Cboe Australia from 1 February 2022. The market known as the ‘Chi-X Australia market’ will now be known as the ‘Cboe Australia market’.

This comes as a result of an acquisition by Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe) of Chi-X Australia Pty Ltd (Collectively Chi-X) in June 2021.

As part of this rebranding, there will be no change to the structure, activities, technology or the operation of the Chi-X market
