My conviction that a tightly held register can be a great indicator of volatility was confirmed today with NCL. T20 own 98%!

I'd like to start a strategy of patiently buying stocks like this.

there are others but wallmine allows you to screen ASX stocks by percentage ownership

all trading software and websites provide top 20 information, by plugging in the stock code you can see who the substantial shareholders are, without referring to the annual reports

you'll need to take care though because many of these stocks, in normal times , are very illiquid, and completely ignored for years on end, they are easily manipulated which seems to be currently happening on a daily basis
