By decreeing the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Russia can now send troops into Ukraine under the "peacekeeping forces" banner. Basically starting to invade the Ukraine.
World governments have already announced sanctions against those regions. Basically the situation is escalating. So, I'm saying because of this, the markets are going to react poorly to that news.
