Back in Turkey for a traditional breakfast called Menemen. We have eggs, tomato, green capsicum and spices cooked in olive oil. Cheese or meats may also be added. It's usually served in a metal pan with plenty of bread to soak it up. In fact, locals often use the bread rather than cutlery to eat.
