Totally agree with your post above @christope, and anyone thinking about buying MTM should do the research @christophe has done and will find the talk around here on niobium for MTM is actually on CDR land.
CDR is well advanced in their exploration with huge strikes at length and grades of REE and Niobium . CDR only 75m shares on issue will see CDR shares soar imo.
