What's your usual morning routine for day trading?
- Check Trading Economics and Investing.com for overnight US commodities and futures.
- Spend 5-10 minutes on business/stock news.
- Read Highlandlad's very informative commentary.
- Review the CMC newsletter and commentary.
- Visit X to look up a few ticker codes and charts for ideas.
- Check volumes on my spreadsheet of 1,000 ASX stocks, focusing on daily volume vs. average volume and looking for 2-3X increases (along with other criteria).
- By now, I've had a double espresso.
- Open the trading platform and have 3-4 charts up.Check morning announcements.
- This process takes about 60-90 minutes.
What are some tips from experienced traders here?
