The former lunatic asylum that houses the Fremantle Arts Centre is also home to one of Perth's prettiest cafes. Canvas sits in a leafy courtyard and does a nice line in breakfasts/brunches. The 'Pan of Greens' is two eggs baked in a sauted mix of greens with fetta and herbs. The shaksuka is the cafe's signature dish: two eggs baked in rich tomato sauces.
