It's a public holiday today in Myanmar for the delightfully named Full Moon Day of Waso. (Waso is the fourth month of the traditional Burmese calendar.) Today marks the start of Buddhist Lent, which lasts an extraordinary three lunar months until October. We're starting the day with the national dish: Mohinga. A fragrant bowl of rice noodles in fish broth with toppings including fritters, eggs and chickpeas.
