OT, Ex PM here of 20 years, I did a lot of lower hour roles before changing careers owing to the realisation that life is so much more than working and it's great to work "part-time" (or at least not full time). The caveat is whether you know how you'll spend that time. For me it was time with my daughter and pursuit of other hobbies and it was time well spent. Unless I was desperate for money I would take the extra time every time. Think about this; you can give time away (whether with or without financial compensation), but you can never buy more.
