I've seen that happen in the past when there's an iceberg. It's only in pre-open when you can see how big it actually is if it's at the match price level. I don't see any icebergs showing but sometimes they do and sometimes they don't on my system and I have no idea why. I thought they'd be consistent and either always show or never show but they don't seem to be.
