TRL - Great looking core samples from shallow depths -
"Tanga Resources Ltd (ASX: TRL) (“Tanga” or the “Company” is pleased to provide an update on the drilling underway at the Company’s Hagenhof Copper Project (“Hagenhof” or the “Project”, in Namibia. The program is planned for a total of approximately 3,000 meters of Diamond and Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling, and aims to test copper mineralisation at several targets at Hagenhof. As previously announced, the revision to the earlier program was due to the availability of RC rigs in country and imposes no additional cost on the Company. Four holes of diamond drilling, totalling approximately 570 metres, have been completed at Main Gossan. The drilling is targeting a prominent ground magnetic anomaly and testing the strike, plunge and grade of the historically reported copper mineralisation. Visual observations indicate the presence of copper sulphides associated with strong pyrrhotite and pyrite mineralisation with down-hole thicknesses of between 10 metres to 25 metres in all four holes, consistent with historical diamond drilling (1972-73). Results for the first four holes are pending and further information shall be provided to the market at the appropriate time."
