Jobs data was good. At open, analysts were unsure about whether good news would be good (great for the economy) or good news would be bad (one less rate cut for the year). Seems good won out.
Software companies have apparently been doing well over the last few days as the US lifts curbs on China.
The 1-3B (one big beautiful bill) has passed and is ready to be signed by the Pres.
US Markets will be closed tonight as they celebrate their Independence Day.
