Their general meeting today (commencing 12pm AEST) is to:
1. Vote to change the company type to a limited company (company restructure)
2. Change of company name from Parkway Minerals NL to Parkway Corporation Limited.
Their new conventional technology division - "Parkway Process Solutions" is expected to launch very soon and may coincide with the results of this meeting.
