BOSTON BAKED BEANS

Seeing it isstill the 4^th of July in the USA I thought we would celebrateAmerica’s “Independence Day”.

Boston BakedBeans is a very easy dish to prepare and can be cooked ahead and frozen. Forbreakfast may I suggest it can easily be eaten with simply some crusty bread ortoasted soldiers or, for an indulgence, may I suggest topping with a poachedegg (3 and a half minutes) and topped with some chopped chives.

The magic ofthis dish is twofold -in that you can add whatever you want, for instance weadd shortcut bacon and mustard (there are no real rules). And it is also deliciousas a good protein for a yummy bean nachos….
