Today is World Chocolate Day so we should celebrate accordingly.
Chocolate has been around for more than 2500 years and is reported to have been discovered by the Aztecs - they were so smitten by the discovery that they believed it a divine intervention by the god of wisdom - Quetzalcoatl that literally bestowed it upon them.
