A few things worry me about your post,
1.You left out that you are a holder (I sense bias here!)
2. The share price has been stagnant for 9 years -it has declined from $1.75 in 2015 to $0.049 now
3. There is no official news - only loose innuendoes
This is yesterday chart (30min candles) -again hardly encouraging
Personally I would always wait for news to be offered rather than anticipating something that may not eventuate.
