    CEL - Gold up 1% last night.

    May move today as El Presidente (Argentina) just got his bill through that in part, incentivises foreign investment.

    Not sure how long the market can ignore the 52 week lows on a 2.8 Moz deposit with 89% indicated, lowest quartile for a Top 20 ASX gold producer (scoping study), 1.5 Moz high grade open core @ 5 g/t for Market Cap around $90 million.
