DXN - Should check the DXN thread because its not looking like a penny dreadful much anymore. The new CEO strategy has transformed this company in my opinion. (Minimal focus on Melbourne).
There are 3 data centres in Tasmania. The other two are full. The DXN purchase has expansion to 100 racks. NBN data usage in Tasmania grew 25% last year. The earning from this centre is $450,000 a year. These are inclusive of all costs - no dep or amort (EBITDA). So straight to the bottom line.
The Sydney Olympic Park Data Centre is the closest of all to the Parramatta CBD NSW. Parramatta is now a mini metropolis for those not familiar. Expansion opportunities to ~700 racks here. May hear more today.
