Fed Government Home Builder program announced last night as suspected.
$25k grant to individuals building new owner occupied premises, means tested to $120k salary individually or $200k for couples. Renovations also covered if they're worth $150k
Speculation state governments will match the above but we'll see..

AVJ will be the one to really benefit from this today..
