Overnight round-up and day ahead: "ASX Today: Cyclicals to lead fightback"
BreakfastWe're staying in Denmark for a few days. This morning's offering is a type of porridge called Ollebrod, which I think literally means "ale bread". Those crazy Danes. The original concept was a way to use up stale rye bread (and presumably beer). Wikipedia says monks would dip bits of bread into hot beer. That evolved into a rich style of rye bread porridge make by soaking bread in milk, water or - yes - beer. Modern iterations add anything from whipped cream, raisins and nuts to orange or lemon zest.
