BreakfastMajadito is one of Bolivia's national dishes. Rice, tomato, chopped onion and some sort of meat. Beef jerky used to be a key ingredient, but with fresh meat more available, duck or chicken are now more common. Usually served with fried plantains and a fried egg on top. (As someone here once shrewdly pointed out, stick a fried egg on anything and it's miraculously breakfast.)
