Speaking of food, I wrote a piece last month about why doing extra shopping now before peak viral outbreak is a good thing, based on the fact that our centralized shopping centres - exempt from social distancing laws - will become viral sup-spreader markets later, if not all ready in certain cities. Yesterday, our PM, who has previously been very critical about extra shopping, said that going shopping less is better to help prevent viral spread. So, his position is this: Stay home, but when you go shopping only buy what you need. But don't go shopping often.
