Food for thought..
I predict an ok open but a deep red closing.
One can sugar coat this any way they like..but this kind of massive spending will IMO send our country into so much debt, ( near possible $1 trillion), that one really may ask whether this spending is in fact worse than the virus.
This could be known as the great debt ressession.
Quite being belief really..
