Overnight round-up and day ahead: "ASX Today: Yield spike triggers US sell-off"
BreakfastLast stop on our trip to Louisiana. We're finishing off with a fat bowl of Couche Couche and crispy Andouille sausage. This is another Cajun specialty. Couche Couche is a kind of cornmeal mush or porridge fried and steamed until it dries out. Sounds a lot like Cous Cous. The version below is served with chopped local sausage and cane syrup, which I believe is a bit like a less flavoursome maple syrup.
